Responsibilities:
* Ensure all the HR policies /procedures are well designed, communicated and followed. Identifyegal risk and optimize risky elements for HR related legal documents, process.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process , maintain pay plan and benefits program, assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs , operate monthly payroll and control manpower cost to be within budget with high accuracy.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
* Lead the process of HR campaigns, including annual salary review and annual evaluation process with the cooperation of line managers.
* Work with GM on workforce planning, participate in organization review and optimization.
* Employee life-cycle management, including but not limited to personal file, staff in and out, probation, promotion, termination, etc.
* Continuously review and improve the system and/or related process when necessary.
* HR data maintenance (Excel & System) and various reports deliveries. Submit HR regular reports & follow regularly HR indicators and share with manager.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
* Minimum 10 years professional experience including in manufacturing company, with a progressive
* Track-record in general HR leadership positions that interface with (international) senior executives
* Familiar with different HR functions such as but not limited to, Staffing, C&B, Talent Management, Learning and Development
* Good knowledge of labor law and able to handle labor dispute in a mature and professional way
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and reach strategic business goals
* Solid knowledge of global and local policies and practices and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance
* Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
