RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for human resource management, mainly including organization development, employee relationship, training, performance appraisal and so on.
* Responsible for the optimization of the human resource system in the factory.
* Take lead in planning and organizing the implementation of the company's human resource project.
* Participate in the related work of company culture construction.
* Other human resource tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualification
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* More than 8 years of working experience in human resource management in factory of multinational enterprises, and familiar with the human resource work module of factory organization development, employee development, training, performance appraisal and so on.
* With experience of independently planning, organizing and implementing the whole process of human resources project, which emphasis on organizational development, employee development and training projects.
* With good learning ability, organization and communication skills, familiar with the factory's human resources, and able to deal with more complex problems.
* Good command of English.
