We are currently searching for a Chief Executive Officer for China, managing around 600 people. Recently the Chinese business has been performing very well and has been enjoying double digit growth.

We are searching for someone who has extensive experience within the Chinese market and has strong relationships already in place. The role will be working closely both with the Regional and Global CEO.

The successful candidate will have a lot of autonomy to drive the company forward, secure new deals and make decisions quickly.

What the ideal candidate looks like:

* Strong track record in Pharmaceuticals

* Strong Management Skills and experience managing large teams across multiple functions.

* Team player, who is driven and eager to succeed.

* Ability to hold strong conversations with other pharma executives.

* Bi Lingual (Mandarin/English)
