DEFINITION
Analyse and propose the marketing mix adapted to CHINA, train and support CHINA trading teams in cooperation with GM, propose strategies to develop revenue and contribution in order to achieve yearly sales targets for Gravotech products in China.
MAIN MISSIONS
Efficiently develop national sales strategy and sales strategy development process, in respect to product-types, market development and competition analysis (including technologies evaluation); etc.;
Successfully drive each sales team with all sales strategies to implement timely with quality by strategic initiatives with targets and milestones
Fine tune sales tools to develop Integrators, Key Accounts and Distributors; Effectively develop and approach key account customers on typical industry applications to enhance the business penetration to the industry
Implement training programs to improve the team knowledge, customers understanding;
Visit customers with sales team to introduce our solutions, our company and work on sales closing;
Work on marketing plans with the Marketing manager CHINA;
Work and define customized solutions and integration with the service team;
Collaboratively work with HR and other supporting team, lead and coach sales team for competence improvement;
SECONDARY MISSIONS AND BACKUP
Respect the sales objectives and the yearly results (EBITDA) following the Budget;
Develop and implement Key Accounts strategy with close relationship under the support of Gravotech Group;
Respect and enforce the corporate procedures (financial, HR, Quality, Service, Marketing, Supply chain etc.).
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
1. At least 10 years sales and 5 years management experience in multi-national company with deep insight to Automotive and Industry Automation market.
2. Strategic thinker and sales experience for business development. Independent and self organizing capability to work in complex environments.
3. With strong leadership and entrepreneur mindset, experienced on driving people and organization on continuous improvement to shape powerful team spirit, value and company culture.
4. Technical and/or Business degree education background.
5. Good team work and communication skills, network with global Group team.
6. With fluent English skills
