Your responsibilities

• Identify, structure and prioritize key strategic initiatives within the context of the subsidiaries’ long-term vision

• Create analyses on important strategic issues (e.g. significant investments, new market segments, new geographical opportunities)

• Develop strategic plans with the Managing Director and the management team

• Summarize strategies, synthesize the different initiatives into a coherent strategy framework

• Translate strategic initiatives into project and financial plans

• Execute strategic projects with full project management and budget responsibility

• Lead and enable cross-functional project teams involved in strategic projects

Your profile

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business Administration

• 2+ years of experience in managing complex strategic projects, preferable in construction industry

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

• Strong drive and entrepreneurial attitude with excellent organizational skills

• Experienced in Cross-cultural working environment (preferably in Asia)

• Proficient in MS Office skills

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese (German are an asset)
