ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and deliver global HR projects for all Asia sites which is major focus on C&B, talent development & retention, performance management, employee engagement etc.
Initial Asia region HR projects and work closely with local site HRM or site manager to make sure the project will be delivered and executed.
Manage Annual Asia personal budget process, despite different labour law and practice
Be responsible for Asia HR database with regular update, and ensure data consistency and accuracy
Be a HR business partner, working closely with RoA sites managers to deliver the requirement from global and region.
Making personal cost analysis for all sites in Asia to give HRD a clear overview
Be responsible for Asia management team’s C&B handling
Be responsible for one small legal entity’s HR practice (in Shanghai, mainly for Asia management people and group employees)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and above
Professional experience in HR field mainly focus on C&B /HR Project related experience;
Has experience on HRIS
5-10 years related working experience
Logic, detailed, careful and sensitive to figures
Good at communication and organization, good sense of teamwork
Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
Well known excel, ppt, word etc Microsoft software
