Requirements:
1) Provides input for the global HRD/OD strategy; adapts and implements it according to regional requirements
2) Supports the development of global HRD/OD policies, processes, tools and initiates and ensures their implementation
3) Supports the definition of global HR marketing activities and channels
4) Supports the development of global initiatives/programs to enhance leadership and talent development
5) Supports the definition of global standards for organizational structures and changes; supports reorganizations
6) Supports the development of a change management approach and tools ensuring least resistance from employees and maximum enthusiasm to adapt to respective changes and ensures their implementation
7) Develops and implements regional/BU programs, policies, processes, tools in alignment with global standards
8) Monitors the effectiveness of global and regional HRD/OD programs and recommends modifications
9) Defines regional training providers
10) Develops and facilitates internal trainings, coaching and workshops
11) Advises HR Managers, supervisors and employees concerning HRD/OD topics
12) Participates in global projects; leads regional projects
13) Conducts benchmark with other companies and identifies best practices
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. Minimum 8 +years dedicated HR experience manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive experience in learning and talent development within a fast moving, complex and demanding corporate environment
4. Strong structured thinking and ability to work with concept.
5. Strong business acumen and customer focus
6. Good communication and influence skill, high sense of responsibility, hands on, logical and high degree of integrity.
7. Good English in both oral and written;
